oh man.... i think im too old to get crazy over an idol.. but Im really crazy!!! im just halfway watching the "gong" vcd. N im going mad over li lu.. the prince in the show! His korean name is kim jeong hoon. He is super super prince! cannot take it, saliva all over the mouth le. hahahah... Here is a pic of him. i wonder if im still dreaming?? I got the SEP award!!! yeahyeah... just when I least expected it, it came!! still don't know how much I am awarded, but being awarded is already enough! =) yeah... didn't put my beautiful photograph to waste. That was my last passport size photo that I liked the most. When i took it i didnt have so many pimples as compared to now. Now i really look terrible.

A good break, finally

It has been 2 months since I last posted. Such a long time. Been really busy completing projects in school and studying for exams. Alot of Ups and dOwns these few months, quite tiring. I was very affected by my mid term tests and stuff that I sort of went really crazy for a few days. Think I affected the people around me alot that time, especially my parents and daryl. Well everything is over now, finally I can have a good break after exams.

Quite happy, but at the same time, I am also preparing my stuff to bring over to finland for half a yr. Don't know how much clothes I should bring also. And my mum has been spending alot of money on me, buying me the thermal wear, gloves, the BIG jacket... I have already spent near 2000 including insurance and stuff, eXcluding the air ticket. that's why i really hope to get the NUS sep award, but my hope is gone. The supposedly week that they should release the results is over, and i didnt receive any email. Sigh. My poor parents, spending so much on their little girl.

Alot of things to talk about, but dont really wanna put them down le... too tired. haha. But i will update my blog quite often (i hope) when i m in finland. To leave memories for myself and to update my friends and parents whom I will surely MiSS like crazy....

Weiling's birthday... she didnt hold any party so me and yanjun celebrated for her at the "village" at hereen... Its the restaurant that replaced marche. super copy marche... the environment is exactly the same. We had the chocolate fondue there.. not too bad, but they way the choc was made was a little disgusting.. its white fresh milk mixed with chocolate chips.. the food was not too bad.

backgroud is fake.. oh i look terrible, didnt sleep for 2 days cos of an assignment.. sigh. in the end our lecturer extended the deadline anyway.. hai

where was i the whole september? busy studying loh. go school... come home.. do tutorials, projects etcetc. Nothing fun and exiciting... only sad stuff..

daryl's uncle passed away just a week ago.. it was realli realli sad. He was healthy and fine, and all of a sudden he is gone. He had a burst blood vessel at his brain. And went into a coma and a few days later gone le... only 54 years old. Its like.. you dunno when you're gonna die. What happens when u die? u cannot see your loved ones any more.. never get to say your last words. And where do you actually go to? Can one actually see the living after he dies? So scary... And his poor wife.. cry until so ke lian. She is very heartbroken.. i can feel it and i feel very super sad for her too. And the children too. =(

oh i wanna complain... i got this super pathetic lecturer who doesn't give lecture notes, doesnt lecture, and doesnt care whether we realli understand or not.. the lessons are conducted by the class. veri sian. hate his stupid and lazy face.

finally, updates

so long since i last blogged. Guess no one would visit my blogsite anymore.. haha... today meiqing just reminded me that i've a blog so here i m, blogging.

This semester im taking 6mod, a total of 4 projects... sobsob. But i think i will s/u one of my mods.. and i really hate this human resource module. the assessment consists of 20% class participation. =( and i havent even spoke up during the first lesson. Its really affecting me alot, lowering my happiness level. I was actually quite happy to start a new sem after such a long hol and until i know i've to take this sucky mod.

Met a small group of my jc frens at shaun's birthday party... Guess they all havent changed much.. still as vj-ish as ever. havent been keeping in touch with them. my jc class... not united... Well, the food was good at his party at his dad's restaurant, but came too slow, by the time the main course came, we were abt to leave.. abt 9 plus already.

just changed sand for my hermit crab yest... guessed my two little crabs have grown quite close to each other. always see them lying next to each other =) oh. there was one day i thought vonvon died cos its shells were broken and lying around. after that i found that it was because it was moulting! haha... scared me!

daryl bought me SE k800i!! hehe... quite a few weeks ago le. so happy, still very happy!!

hermit singh

yeah! i finally got my pets... their names? dadar and vonvon.. hehe. and they have nick names too! The hermit crabs live in shells.. (duh) and i bought extra shells for them because the uncle said that they will outgrow their shells so have to standby bigger shells. The shells have designs on them... i bought one with a football design, sheep design, singapore flag, ghost and shark.. the 2 crabs that i bot live inside the sheep and football shells... the funny think is that.. the moment i look at them when i reached home, the football one has already changed its shell to the singapore flag one which is bigger than the football shell! Too bad i didnt witness the changing of the shell... sigh.. and the football shell is wasted because its too small le. And tat is why dadar is nicknamed hermit sing...h. Ai guo.. haha.

They are still very shy, keep hiding when they see me...

tioman has been an ok trip.. cos it was rather small and therefore boring. But the ppl whom i went it make it better bahz. took alot of photos, which was fun... and swam with fishes too. got baked in the sun for onli one day, because the first day weather wasnt that good.

my 2nd yr anniversary with daryl was simple and nice... went out to sing k lunch and then walked ard and eat dinner. but he took leave specially for me so i am quite touched. Why onli quite? cos as usual.. he did it becos i requested it... better than none i guess.

In the end, I decided not to quit my job.. having a job is better than floating around and having nothing to do. Afterall, I'm sort of enjoying the fact that I dont have to work everyday, only like 2 or 3 times a week. Its quite enough for me... not too tiring.

Im going tioman next week le... heard that there is nothing much to do there except to see see and take photos. But at least this is the first time im going overseas with friends only! This wld also be a good time to catch up with meiqing n steven too. Quite looking forward to it... Havent seen pinxiu for quite a long time too.

July is a month of birthdays... mingwai, xiao xuan... actually not alot of pple but the both of them are enough to kill. haha... my two good friends turning 21 ... joining the club le. Excited to celebrate their birthdays for them!

world cup world cup---- who will win?? i think france will win. haha.. cos they beat the unbeatables BRAZIL.. my beloved england lost le.. now i support france. And i turned into a gambler le.. haha.. been betting on those matches nowadays.. think i bet about 8 matches le.. and i won 3 times only. But overall there is some winnings la... quite fun loh. Lose then lose, if win can win a few bucks mah. =) i always bet the minimum, 5 dollars. haha.. maybe im going for a bigger one for the finals.

jj rocks forever

i love junjie!! hehe... fell in love with him le.. after his concert. What can i say? it was fantastic and entertaining.. just hearing him sing melts my heart. love his voice, his talent, his looks.. so boiboi! =) too bad from my seat i can only see a small figure moving around, gotta look at the screen all the time. But its already the most expensive seat le...

feel like quitting my current part time job le. Very tiring everyday, plus school holiday has come to an end, there will be lesser working hrs for all of us and more ppl available for work too cos the ite ppl are having sch hols soon. And that day.. i lost $101.10 doing cashier... sigh. Im so so so careless, although i already told myself to be very careful le. So stupid lah... Have to pay all by myself. Florence gave me 20 bucks to help me.. i didnt want it but then she insisted. If i quit now, i will feel very dui bu qi her too. Something like, she is trying to help me, so that i feel better and will be happier here too? And also, because of my shortage, zuoping wenhao and hisyam tried to help me in the end they get scolded for helping me cover part of my shortage without letting flo know... sigh. I lian lei them le... they also dun wan me to quit n wanted to pay for me too. So how? dunno whether i can still quit or not.

Just came back from hongkong about 3 hours ago. yea! it was quite a nice trip... and i think that the best part of it was the disneyland! I haven't been to other disneylands before so i cannot compare, but i think that it is really wonderful and pretty! It very magical and really well-built. I loved the fireworks the most... so many colours and disney music was played at the same time. The rides are ok only, as most are for children... but some of the children rides are very amazing as well, especially the winnie the pooh's story. The disney parade was also fantastic... so unforgetful! Luckily it only drizzled abit on that day, if not we would have wasted the trip there. Loved the disneyland. beautiful castle, pretty buildings everywhere.






Well the other 2 days are spent shopping, but i didnt get to buy much, cause the things there are really expensive. Their standard of living is higher than sg... the food.. not really to my liking, but still considered nice. At least the stalls that i went to, the wanton noodle no chilli one.. (so i dont like) and most of the noodles cost at least hk20.. converted wld be about 4 or 5 bucks.. so its like more ex than sg. All in all... i had an enjoyable time there with my parents, my grandma, little cousin n my auntie =)

cashier?

today's my first day doing cashier alone... and i kena shortage already... very sian... but luckily got my supervisor help me. he counted everything for me and helped me top up 14 out of 22 bucks so that i dont have to pay so much. so sweet. Like daddy coming to his daughter's rescue.. he saw i looked stress.. even told me not to cry.. haha...

have to go pack for hongkong liao..last min!! update again when i come back...

work

3 days of work.. 2nd day was boring, tiring and saddening.. cos i made a mistake, and 3 ppl have to come n nag... sigh. stupid me... felt veri demoralised and was so damn tired cause i stood for like 10 hrs. 3rd day of work was fun, why? haha.. cause i had the chance to learn to be cashier! (and sit down!!) Learnt how to use the nets, visa n master machines. But im scared of being cashier alone, cos have to deal with so much money alone. i scared im absent minded n blur. N also, got eye candy. hahhahaa.. eye candy only la..

first day of work after a mth of slacking

i wish i have osim i-squeeze!!!! Ahhhh my legs hurt like mad. First and one day of work @ wild wild wet are already killing my legs, don't know how am I going to last for even tomr??? =( =( so ironic.. yest i was sitting down the whole day playing gun bound at home and was feeling bad abt sitting the whole day. Today im wishing that i have another day like yesterday to sit for all i want!! anyway first day of work was okay, except that I think im still not really used to talking to strangers and was confused abt how some stuff work. But i guess i'll learn gradually. And i think that my supervisor is great!! He was the one who interviewed me actually, he's half indian and chinese... interesting guy :) it wld be fun to get to know him more, but i guess im the sort of quieter gals that he wldnt really enjoy mixing with... time to get some rest i guess... another day of work tmr... *sobs*

sea sports camp

my cousin's wedding is over, sea sports camp is over... now my hols are very free. Looking for job but failed to find any yet...

Sea sports camp was quite fun, except that i was lousy at some stuff... The first day we went for wind surfing, which really took away all of my body's energy, such that when i went back up to shore, I was feeling nausea and weak. But it was a fun experience, pulling up the sail and trying to balance properly. I was unlucky to have taken the bigger sail, towards the end then someone changed for me a smaller one, which i can at last, at least have a chance to move a few inches on the board. haha... Kena alot of bruises from wind surfing, cos of the climbing up, and the stupid sail even hit mhy head accidentally when i fell.. so lousy loh..

The next day we had wakeboarding and sailing, both of which were total failures. Wakeboard was really bad for me because i could only get up twice in 8 times i tried. Many people tried much more than 10 times and i only tried a few times because i was feeling weak n cannot make it... For sailing, there was no wind so we used oars instead, so its not really sailing anymore..

The last activity on the last day was my fav.. kayakin! =) but daryl was sea sick towards the end so we kayak for a little shorter while then the rest. But i still enjoyed it cos its my fav sea sports.

Yup.. I wanna work!! I want to work in a shopping centre environment cos i havent tried before.. wanna be a sales assistance or cashier. haha... think if i start work now i'll be so tired everyday and wish im not working. But having nothing much planned everyday is quite a bad thing... feel like im wasting my time not working for money for my pocket.

my birthday, which is abt 2-3weeks ago.. haha

Oops... havent posted for very long!!! Too busy liao, and my 21st birthday is over, and exams are almost over as well. One more paper to go! Phew...

Had a fantastic birthday celebration, thank you everyone who came~ thank you :) I love the moment where everyone sang birthday song for me together... made me feel very happy. Also, although my birthday cake was quite "destroyed" i still love it all the same (cookies n cream ice cream is always nice). And the bbq food, my relatives were so nice to bbq food for my frens. N daryl's dad made 2 bucketful of beancurd which were emptied by the end of the party.. N also my 3 sweet friends (yanjun, pearl and xuan.. hehe)who stayed over with me and daryl.. so xing fu!!

On my actual day of birthday, i had daryl steven n meiqing to accompany me to wild wild wet... it was a really fun day, i knew i had to study but couldnt be bothered. haha.. so we met at around 12pm and travelled there, and alot of times we were trying to tickle n capsize each other while using the float. It was really funny. =) And there was this camera which took a shot of us when we were sliding down the big slide together. We made 2 attempts to pose properly n then they also bought me the photos for remembrance... after all the fun with water, we went all the way back to jp to eat sakae sushi!! and then we went to catch ice age 2. it was a lame and cute show.. veri fun n memorable day!

i've been so busy these few weeks that i have no time to update my poor blog. Presentations and quizes coming up, very tiring... arghh...

oh yah... one thing i wanna talk about is steven's birthday! Steven meiqing n i stayed over at daryl's house and in the morning b4 steven woke up, we already woke..we put powder over his spectacles and all over his hair. Haha.. of cos he was blur and abit shocked when he woke up. That was not all to it, we let bruno(daryl's dog) into his bathroom while he was bathing. Cos the bathroom had 3 doors, and we just stuck a "Out of order" sign over the lock so that he would not lock his door... We also took out the cream from the oreo biscuit and put colgate inside and offered it to him. hahahha.. how evil rite!

Completed 3 out of 4 mid term tests for this week. One more to go tomr. dont think i did very well for the tests, and tmr's cs test im sure wld be worse... cannot stand that module anymore. Its really very difficult, i dun get it!! dun understand~~ sian...

i was so digsusted with a group of guys that day in the lecture theatre... Their lecture was before mine and when i went to to find seats after their lecture, there were 2 guys standing on the chairs with their shoes on... so dirty loh!! they really very inconsiderate. And wat's worse was there was toe nails left on one of the seats! Think they spent the lecture cutting the nails and what the hell... they just left the nails on the seat. they really pissed me off like siao... i bet they thought their nails look very pretty on the seat, ppl would enjoy lookin at them. totally brainless

Had a chance to taste new zealand's ice cream in nus today!! hehe.. chose cookies n cream, coffee and some lime and lemon ice cream.. so fun!! especially on such a hot afternoon. But then i having a sore throat now, cos i ate too much durians the day before, sigh... can't talk properly.

ise chalet~

I just wanna say that i'm so proud of myself cos i just went swimming alone just now! haha... long time since i swam... it was damn shiok..the warm morning sun n the cool water. :) and now its time for mi to get started with some school stuff liao. Haven't been doing much since the mid term break, and tomr is the last day! The day before i went for my fac (ise) chalet... quite alot of pple turned up but there wasn't much interaction between my grp of frens and the rest of the ise pple. We were self-entertaining like siao! At first we ate, then we played a bit of mah jong, and that was my first time playing mah jong alone!! haha... i never played before lah, but sort of know the rules so i anyhow play loh. But was quite lousy lah, didn't even win once. Then after that mi, daryl, meiqing, steven, junyong and lishan went into a room and we played the stupid heart attack game. It was so funny that we laughed and screamed like crazy... and then we played a game also quite fun one.. supposed to give urself fake names... haha... never had such a good laugh with friends for very long.

lin jun jie's cd is finally out! not bad i guess... i think i've too high expectations for it.. my friends all say nice. hehe.. so proud of him! I like the cao cao song the most. :)

here are my flowers for valentines day... wenlee wrapped them! ha... pretty? But meiqing says the colour very indianish... 3 mid terms and 3 projects and 1 essay plus tutorials!! busy "mid term break" this week... cant wait for real holidays again... but before that still got my birthday party... dunno how it will turn out cos i don't think i have many pple to invite. probably inviting my closer friends only bah. hmm maybe i shouldnt have booked the chalet.. just celebrate at home. less troublesome also.. somemore exams will be around the corner at tt time.

sometimes when i think too much about something, i just end up confusing myself about everything. feel useless to tell anyone cos no one will understand mi since i dun even understand myself... what m i talking about....

almost mid semester already. Don't know wat my module - human factors engineering is abt loh. can u imagine? No notes, no tutorials, watch videos and discuss project during lectures. weird weird weird. And the lec doesnt reply my email!! i have decided to s/u my gem.. ha.. no confidence in it at all. And i cannot understand holbo, im just too lousy. ah, watever la...

oh man!!! i finally know how to upload photos!! haha.. no lah.. i thought need to do some other stuff to upload one, but i saw this "add image" thing to click on just now! hahahha... so ulu leh!!! But at least im being honest with my ulu-ness. haha... anyway that's mi in bangkok!

wataday

Had a super long day at daryl's house on the 2nd day of new yr, they invited lots of friends and relatives over to celebrate... so in the morning i was there to help out a little. Lots of things happened, and i was a bit sian by some things. I wore my new gior jeans there n i dirtied it abit with the satay sauce... mi and daryl lost 30 bucks in blackjack... was actually winning in the afternoon, then our luck turned bleah at nite. And i wasn't at home the whole day until at night when i went home, i found my favouritest pineapple tarts reduce to only 1/4 left. That morning there was 3/4 left loh. I was super upset cause i only get that particular bottle of pineapple tarts once a year... and for a few yrs that bottle will definitely last me a month at least... Plus, I was so miserly with it.. that day daryl came i only gave him 4... ha.. My relatives lah.. they never even give mi poor brother any hong bao some more.

happy chinese new yr!

yeaH! bought my fav fav fav jeans from giordano at last. haha... my dad bought it for mi, cost $59!! i love it manzzz... so happy. This year i bought most of my new clothes from ebase.. bought all of them at 20% discount, then the following week they had a 40% storewide... arghhh...

sigh, i think i don't really like all the modules that i'm taking this sem, and i have 3 projects!! plus, i taking an arts gem, although many ppl found it easy, i feel abit sian abt it cos sometimes i dun really understand what's happening in lec, listen to caucasian lecturing is really quite a stressful thing for me. I wan to concentrate, but my brain switches off all the time. Still can't decide whether i should s/u it or not...

zhang shao han got new cd already... i have the songs in mi laptop liao but then i dunno whether i should buy the cd or not. I think i do want the original cd, just tt i cant bear to part with my 20 bucks for songs that i already have.

Since last year's august or so, my skin condition got very bad... and then it dragged all the way to exam period. Don't know why suddenly so kong bu. For the whole of nov and dec, i've been going for facial... think it has got much better, but then the problem is still there.. still quite terrible cos i really put in a lot of effort to make it better. iTs just not fair.. some ppl dun need to care so much yet their skin is almost perfect... =( jiu ming ah.

2006

happy new year! abit late but still its already 2006. School's already opening next week. Sadly, my ah gong passed away after 4 days of the new year, so now we are all busy with the funeral stuff. He had lung cancer, and has been surviving for 1 year like that, and finally the cancer cells took away his life. Sigh.... I wish the people around me will stop smoking but even at the funeral, most of my grandpa's sons smoke. Or should I say all...

My brother has a broken ligament on his knee, think he is going for an operation soon. Then he has to go thru pysiotheraphy i think, such that he can walk like normal again... I think he will never dare to ice skate again... i hope. Dangerous stuff when he has no talent or there is no proper coach..

2005 is coming to an end... it has really been a long year for me, especially in the middle of the year. After September time seems to fly very fast... This whole holiday i rotted so much that after i finally get to work 2 days in the clinic xuan is working at, I feel so drained... so tired. Waking up at 9 plus am has been my habit during the hols and the need to drag myself up at 6.30am in the morning is really a torture.. But for money.. hah... no problem la... spent so much money during the hols with little budget, now my bank is quite empty liao.

All the hard work put in for the last semester has finally been paid off, thank god for that and thank daryl for helping me so much.. A sotong couldn't have been able to make it alone. A motivation to work as hard next semester, jia you to all my friends!

Feeling lazier to move nowadays, going to swimming and running are like becoming a chore for me... oh no.... that's very bad. They are supposedly my hobbies... what a pig i've become :(

Sigh, i wanted to buy a pair of silver chain slippers that i liked so much from m)phosis... I first saw it in the bugis branch, and then the suntec one. Thinking that there is still lot of stocks available, I wanted to wait for a week or two until i get some money to buy and wear it for chinese new year. But then when i went to some of its other branches again, there seem to be no more... I asked the sales person to check for me whether there is still anymore in other outlets but there wasnt any left. how unfortunate... i could have own a pair if i hadn't hesitated to buy it. WHy??? :( But nvm lah, xuan bought me a nice pair of sandals from the same shop as christmas present too... how coincidental

bangkok trip

jus came back from bangkok yesterday! wow... it was a really great holiday, alot of shopping and visited many nice places... my favourite place is the safari world, its like 10 times better than singapore zoo.. watched a few performances there, all very nice :) and i get to feed a cub as well... the elephant show also very nice. the elephants are trained to play sports and also painting, veri cute. And the most exciting thing i did there was para sailing! yeah, i get to fly high in the air... damn shiok!! =) And i bought at least 14 t shirts from there cos they are veri cheap... one only cost ard 4 bucks. And their earrings are mostly one for 1 sing... hehe.. nice place for shopping!

holidays

exams are finally over... time to take a good rest, these few days i've been sleeping like a pig, can sleep from 11pm to 10am and still feel tired and sleepy. don't know why.. not many plans for this holiday, just a short one month break, going to bangkok for 5 days, and the rest of the hol is for mi to rot and recover from this crazy sem. hopefully this exam will help pull my cap up as well.

finally! after so long, they finally have another album! i cannot stand the last album they had, cant appreciate all the songs, so in the end i didnt buy their previous cd. This time i dunno whether i should buy anot... still deciding... but the songs are nice!

SEP application is over... And i got a common pool place to Finland, Helsinki University of Technology! oh my god! cant believe that i actually have a chance to go!! Cause my cap isnt high enough to compete with others, luckily meiqing helped mi mail the sep in charge... and i got a place allocated to mI!! yipeee.... which means yr 2007 i wouldnt be in singapore to celebrate chinese new year and my birthday with my family... I just cant wait for this exciting 6 mths!! somemore i've got daryl and meiqing going with me =)

exams coming in a week's time, the lectures finally ended today. hai... so much to study, dun think i can even finish studying properly.

subway day

today i only had one lecture in school, hence after that mi, daryl, meiqing and lishan decided to go holland v to eat subway!! hehe.... but....

we waited at the bus stop for nearly 20 mins before we had the chance to go up a bus cos the bus stop was so crowded. After we got up the bus, we didnt press the bell and alighted at arts forum there when the car was parked at raffle's hall. sigh... so we took about 30 minutes just to get to the car from science. by that time i was really sianz... but nvm... we got to holland v in the end! We ate our favourite subway, footlong cold cut trio!! it was damn nice lah. hehe... then after that we went to buy cakes for some fren's bday, in the end we were too tempted by nydc and sat down to eat mudpie! =) yum!

if i knew how, i will sure open a subway in nus loh... sure very good business! hehe... there is always this subway bus 95 coming into our school but there is no subway... why not replace munchie monkey with subway? haha.... or macs?

not much updates

sep is almost gone! this semester really pass quite fast, and everyone around me thinks so too. Mid term break is over too, and there are many upcoming tests as well. school is so busy and tiring, but at the same time, also good lah. Keep my mind occupied.

i think daryl's dad is a great great cook. He cooks really nice stuff... on saturday, he prepared a super yummy japanese meal for us. Got all the raw fish meat which tasted so fresh and sweet, and japanese noodles, sushi etcetc. Just like what you get to eat in a restuarant...!

a few days ago i went to this starlight movie at padang.. then i did a really xia suay thing. Hai!! So lose face loh. After the movie was over and as we were packing up, i was clearing the potato chips and other rubbish. Then i saw a guy holding a big black rubbish bag standing nearby and i walked towards him to throw the bag of rubbish in my hand. As i approached him, he seemed to be talking to other people and i was waiting for him to open the rubbish bag for me. I was abit irritated cos he was so slow, then when he finally opened the bag i threw my rubbish inside, he asked me, "you wanna throw ur rubbish?" I nodded my head and turned away. Then suddenly it dawned upon me that he wasnt a rubbish collector!! He was holding the bag he and his friends had. So it was like he was doing a favour for me to throw the rubbish away and i didn't even say thank you and walked away like he was the rubbish collector! Then i heard his frens said, "Put the bag there let others throw the rubbish lah.." arghhh... i didnt dare to turn back and faster zao... sian ahh... haha. he must be cursing away loh.

week 4 ends

Friday is our exercise day! tennis and badminton today, together with daryl, meiqing and steven. I'm sorry meiqing, if u see my face abit sian, i'm not sian abt u lah, of course i enjoy playing with u, no matter how beginner you are, cos i admit i'm not that good too. Its just that I feel sian if I dun get to move enough, cause when it comes to exercise, to mi its really sweat one... and when i dun, i feel lazy and upset loh. But it's not your fault, it's just my lousy attitude lah. And poor daryl has to take all those disgusting tantrums... i'm sorry!

There are many good food around daryl's neighbourhood... and i discovered that the duck/char siew noodle is very very nice! Whenever i'm hungry i will crave for the noodles. Yummy! And I finally learnt how to appreciate roasted chestnuts... Used to hate the smell of it, and now im loving it... And moon cake festival is finally here, again. I love mooncakes, especially if they are durian flavour, of course! durian is my love... mango is first runner-up.

Things are finally settling down. Guess my heart is more or less settled too. It was not easy taking this step... But since i've made that step, i should set my heart into it and don't waver anymore. Sometime it hurts when I look back, but I've got to learn to deal with it and treasure what i've now. To me, relationship is all about responsibility and commitment... once the honeymoon period is over, its the character of the person that you have to accept and love. I admit that i've been lousy at dealing with relationships, but I wan to grow up abit more and be better at it... And i'm really sorry to the one whom i've hurt in my process of growing up.

damn it!! my printer is working so slowly!! im supposed to be going to school noW! arghhh cant stand it. i think it took 1 hour to print 28 pages. Gosh!!Lousy printer... wasting my time. =(

so many tutorials to do... cannot finish as usual. Miss my hsbc friends.. wanna meet up with them soon but when? nO time... and my friend's birthday coming soon, no money!! got to save some money liao.. keep spending and no money loH... sigh! Bought a new bag with meiqing... sam bag to bring to school.. ha, we look like twin sisters.

school week 2 liao...

next week tutorials start, and alot of work are piling up already though its just the 2nd week. C++ lectures have been terrible so far. have to spend hours trying to understand lecture notes, and i have yet to try the tutorial. school kinda suck la.

today's meiqing's birthday... think by the time i finished typing i should say its yesterday already. Bought an oreo chocolate cake from prima deli for her, junyong steven and we girls all celebrated for her... then she told us about the peeping tom kena caught yesterday night at raffles hall. So scary yet i wish i was there to witness that incident cause she said alot alot of guys were running after him.. and alot of bad words and one of the guys even spit at him loh.

Been eating buffet and lots of nice food these days - my grandma's birthday, daryl's birthday and my mum's birthday also. And lots of cakes as well. Really gaining weight must try and control liao. Too much good food is not good for mi... stomach showing.. haha.

I'm terribly confused with my own life, sometimes i feel that what i'm doing is right, sometimes everything feels so wrong, wondered what actually happened, why is my life like this? Well, to be specific.. its my love life... why can't i have a simple and blissful love life? Why do I have to go through all these? Sigh... Used to have a jian jian dan dan de ai... but ever since that break up, things get more and more complicated and sad. Since now that i have him back, why can't i be as happy as before? Why do i not feel the urge to be with him? Am i taking him for granted... or do i really don't feel as much as before? arghhh!!

School's starting tmr already. so so so fast.... the whole holiday has been spent at working and working... veri little time of really going out and have fun. Time really flies. So many things happened. people stepping in and out of my life. me getting emotionally drained sometimes. And physically not very well at this point of time too. Getting tired and school's starting liao... Not ready yet. not at all...

I've never slept for so long in my life! haha.. maybe i did la, when i was a baby. But it has been a long time since i slept for so many hours... slept from 2am to 11pm and then 1pm to 4pm... realli like pig lor. Wanted to go swimming cause i rebonding my hair tomr then cannot go swimming for a period of time after that already. AHhh losing so much of my tan after the cac camp... cant wait to get it back! Going to a chalet organised by my hsbc friends next weekend at sentosa!! cant wait!

my bro bought a new phone, same as zanlun's...k750i...so cool lor the cam damn zai can take so clear photos! my phone so cheap one.. haha.. abit jealous now but then nvm la i still love my phone.

die la.. onli left 2 weeks then school reoopens liao. This sem i only taking 5 modules, cause there is C++ im realli scared that i cannot cope lor. stupid declan better help me lor... declan is this pokey guy i know from my hsbc clique... he everytime pokes me and teases me, got girlfriend already still so playful and childish. haha... poh fang better do something abt it!!

shopping spreeee!!

finally get to shop all i want!! haha.. went out with melissa and meiqing today. Shop like crazy, all the three of us bought many many things at our shopping paradise... BUGIS! We had lots of fun trying on clothes, and getting 'mau dun' over whether to buy or not but in the end still bought everything that we wanted! so fun so fun.... i bought 4 skirts and 1 top lor. spent like one hundred over... but then i really nv get to buy anything for myself the whole hol, been too busy working~

bbQ at ecp with my colleagues was fun too. haha... at night my daddy sent me and 5 of my friends home! He just got his new lorry, then we all sat at the back... then there was this time my dad braked the lorry too fast all of us flew to the front and bang each other... its was very funny.

I finally quit my job liao. Now im jobless but very happy cause i can slack at home and do nothing for 2 weeks! yippeee.. been looking forward to this for very long already.

yeah!! had a realli good time celebrating birthday for my dearest meimei... she just joined me in the 20s family yesterday! =) we had dinner at cafe cartel.. ordered seafood combo for 3 but i thought it was not very nice, would have rather eaten at fish and co.. their seafood platter is so much more worth it! Didnt get to try the other food, but i saw some people eating some really big serving piece of meat?? some ribs thing.... looks delicious though.. can try some other times. Then after that we went for ktv at suntec there... really missed ming's singing, really think that she can join the jue dui superstar already. haha...

today is the free movie day!! fantastic four is really really funny!! act its really entertaining, i liked the show! haha.. had lots of fun laughing with yanjun.. We had free pop corn too, but no one share with me... didnt wan to finish the whole thing myself.

Im extending my stay at work till next friday, cause there are many things to do in the office and the boss didnt want us to leave so early. but yanjun is leaving already cos she's gg hong kong for hol! such a lucky girl... i didnt even get to go malaysia... must find one weekend go malaysia shop and eat, at least.

I think im recovering quite fast from heart break. thanks to my lovely angel. I dunno whether its just for this period of time that im feeling better, or is it going to last for good. I cant predict wat's gg to happen in the future too. But all i know is im grateful for my angel's existence... =) thank you so much for coming into my life, at the right time...

last 2nd week of work

Have been piaing OT since monday, worked a total of 11.5 hrs of OT so far already! But then really tiring and no life lor... more than 12 hrs in the office. Quite look forward to watching fantastic four with my colleagues. Kelly services is treating us next wednesday at PS after work... coolzz... oh ya.. and they gave all of us a notebook that has a big spongebob picture on the front page. haha... it was so cute, but it only reminded me of sad stuff.. so i giving it away....

Mood has been up and down. There are times that im happy and times when im not, but life continues, and im really glad that there is this person who really cared for me... Let me call the person my angel bah.. Never thought that my angel would give a damn to whatever i feel cos we have never been close before, or really been friends who talked alot b4... it was really a surprise to receive so much comfort, and im happy that there is this angel who is so promising to offer me lots of attention. When i asked him why he care so much for me, and he sent me a really sweet msg abt love and friendship.

Returned from a camp with a black face. burnt face. sad face. lost face... i've lost him, and no matter how hard i tried to bring him back, i still lost him. maybe it wasnt meant to be... i know i have to let it go, i've to learn to live an independent life on my own. i promised myself, my mum and all my friends who love me to be a strong girl. i'll do it, i will... for their sake. Its really not easy, after being so dependent for almost a year, after spending almost everyday with someone who loves u so much. and now everything is gone... after all the promises that he made has gone into the drain, how m i supposed to carry on?

i was walking along bugis street, and an old couple was walking in front of me. They are very old, probably in their 70s already, and they were holding hands and swinging them like how young couples do. A feeling of admiration and jealousy came over me... I really admire them for being so loving after so many years. its simple, yet it is not (in another way). :)

dreading monday

sucks man... tomr is monday again, and the worst thing is that i've to be on my own tomr at work, cause yanjun is away for camp for this whole week. There are other frens there lah but then yanjun is like my companion during working time, sharing the same music as me and talking and laughing with me.

Had a rather good sunday today, watched "batman begins" with daryl... yest went swimming alone and actually swam 30laps! haha...didnt know how i achieved that, maybe i really felt bored and nothing to do so just kept swimming and swimming.

Abit sad to know that one of my friends from hsbc is quitting in like a weeks' time or two. Sigh, she has really been a great friend though the time that we know each other is very short. But i know she is a super nice girl. She was with me while i checked my results in the office that day, and it was really comforting to have her with me. And she even went to the temple the day before just to pray with me. How sweet right... think she is really a gift from the gods to me. Such a nice girl... and im going to miss seeing her after she leaves. Hopefully we will still keep in touch.

baddie mood

was in a total bad mood today... didnt feel like working or doing anything at all. felt almost dead sitting down there, and when it was finally time for lunch, it rained heavily... In the end me and yanjun had cup noodles at the office. Actually felt very touched, cause ningfeng kept asking us whether we wanted food from the hawker because they are taking a car out to da bao food... and we didnt want, but he kept asking and asking until we really rejected him until he bo bian. Such a nice person, most of the time, other ppl would just ask one or two times, and wouldnt care much abt what we eat... Actually a few guys there are quite sweet, such as our manager, lih pin.. he always buys little stuff for us, apples, pocky, vitagen... such a caring manager we've. :)

not really looking forward to camp... dont know why. Maybe cause im not really involved in the stations and i dont really understand why i'm going... sighz. This is the camp that i've been looking forward to joining since last year, cos i met my dear from there, and i really had a memorable time there. and in the end i've to feel this way. Because of work, couldnt attempt dry runs... felt super detatched from the ppl there. nothing to do for the camp. sian ahz....

spongebob craze

Did quite alot of things this weekend... went to watch the phua chu kang musicAL, of course i didnt specially went to buy the ticket to watch. Haha... i personally don't really like pck one. but then after the show, i think i've better impression of him already. He can sing, quite well lah. The tickets were given to me by my mum, complimentary ones. Brought along daryl's brother with us to watch it. He quite enjoyed it lah. for me... it was ok only, but its nice to know how the musical was like. I think its quite a simple plot, but the music was not bad.. :)

Saw two pple wearing a spongebob squarepants t-shirt! wonder where they bought it from, cause mi and daryl want it! haha... its really very cute. Only managed to find those kids one from robinsons... havent seen it anywhere else. Hope that i'm able to find it soon.

i also went to watch the korean movie "my boyfriend is type B". Ha... its quite a funny show lah, not very romantic but overall its not too bad.

Finally got to ssee huiqian and carmel.. and the rest of the cac pple. i think im always the same quiet me, never really talked much. Or should i say, didn't talk at all to the whole group together. While daryl seems to have gotten along with the rest quite well... maybe cos of the dry runs for the camp. I didnt go for any because of work. Talking about work... they have been making ppl work lesser or half day these days. I really think that they have lousy planning skills, such that they have to treat their workers so badly in the end. make ppl go home early and earn less money when at first they didnt even allowed any leaves to be taken and told us to be prepared to work ot for the 3 mths. haiz.. thought that things have gotten better ever since i left hsbc last year.

yeah!! i finally got my perfume! its realli realli nice, kinda soapy powdery smell. fell in love with it when i bought the cleo mag a month ago where they gave a little bottle to sample, then went around searching for it, and the taka staff told me it will only be launched on the 3rd of june! And now i got it! :) so happy. daryl buy for me one, the 50ml one which cost 97 bucks! so expensive!! haha.. but he got it got me willingly.. hehe.. he was in a good mood because of his perfect results. i felt very happy for him too lah.

my one month

oh my god... its has been soooo long since i've last updated my blog, about a month already! Blame it on the job that im having now, i have been working from 8.30 am to 6pm and sometimes later from monday to friday. Yup, bedok hsbc has been a really great place to work in! i've enjoyed myself very much so far, although the work has been very sian and tiring. Guess its all the company that i have now. I've made new friends, funny ones, happy go lucky ones, can-click-well ones etc etc. :) im so glad to be part of them! Went gelare and shopping with them, and in the office, we even have angel and mortal game going on... my mortal is jonathan, and i think he knows who i m already. haha.. he has been a very nice mortal, buying me lots of snacks...cause im a nice angel! all of us call him bucky right from the start... in fact he introduced himself as bucky~ Oh ya, these few days very shuang also. cos our productivity at work has been great, we had 2 hrs lunch for 2 days and get to go home one hr earlier and we indicated our time sheets as the normal hrs. its so unlike the previous time while i was working for hsbc too. Whenever there are lesser things to do, we are told to go home and we arent paid for our normal working hrs. maybe cos we have a good manager now... his name is lih pin... and he is super gentlemanly! he opens the door for me and yanjun the other time, and even said "after you" and smiled.... perfect kinda gentleman.. :) everyone @ work likes him!

watched madagascar already! but i still think that the incredibles was nicer...think pIxar is really zai...

time really flies, today i got back my results liaoz... i know i was dreading it... so the whole of today i've been trembling and going toilet... sighs. i have never been so scared when receiving results before. i don't know what happened this time round. luckily i didnt do THAT badly, but then it wasnt good as well. i should say its just ok lor. still have to work much much harder before i can reach my cap of 4 so that i can have a better honour... haiz, i also dont know whether all the effort that im willing to put in can really improve my grades that much. I just think that i feel doomed in nus... i dislike all the people that im taking exam with.. they stress me out alot. :( when checking results today, yanjun and weiling were there to accompany me. haiz... b4 i even looked at my results, i was so stressed that i.... i always end up like that.. im so glad they were there... and i feel that weiling is a friend that is sent to me to brighten up my days working there... along with yanjun of course. they gave me alot of comfort as i looked at my results one by one... we used a paper to cover the screen and then slowly moved it down...

cac camp is at the end of the month. i tried calling freshies up but they all seemed uninterested... but justina agreed to join in the camp!! im so happy. i really miss her alot. Cant wait to see her again, this coming sunday...

i had one great weekend last week... on one saturday alone, i played basketball, badminton, swimming and went bowling. that was just perfect for me. i love to be kept active! after so many hours of being stationary during the weekdays while working. haiz... im missing out all the precamps becos of work also. And my in-charge is unwilling to grant me 4 days' leave... in the end i could only take 3 days, so i'll have to miss out one day of the camp lor. no work no money, got work less play. sighz... i wanna go holidays...:( surely no chance one... i wanna become tanner too... but i can only feel the sun on weekends, provided its not raining... how sad...

house of wax

tmr i'll be going back to hsbc to work for about 2 mths plus. dun know why i actually end up making the choice to go back, i remember that i used to dislike working there because the work is alot and the pay is so little. But then its quite hard to find temp jobs nowadays, plus im working for such a short period of time. This time it isnt at dhoby ghaut.. its at bedok! so far lor... but for money, no choice lah, just bear with it for 2 mths only.

yesterday i went to bowl again, but i don't understand why i cant bowl properly leh. all my scores went belot 100, was so disappointed and sian. guess its just not my day la... having mood swings yest too.

today i finally cleaned up my room! so neat now... but it was so tiring. i dun think its totally dust free now also, there are some areas left unwiped. but overall looks better liao. :)

Oh ya, i caught a super scary, gruesome and i think its wellmade movie... hehe... HOUse oF waX! its damn scary lor, i watched until i kept shaking. and some parts are quite moving too... i cried when the girl little finger was cut off and alot of blood came out when she was trying to signal some help. totally disgusting... and finally when her friend found her... it was such a relief and i was so happy. a group of 6 ppl, in the end only got 2 survivors. really good movie, should catch it.

final day

waited so long for this day to come, one more paper...! just blogging for fun and testing out whether my i've successfully changed the address.

long time no bowl

Finally get to bowl after so many weeks of non-stop mugging... yeah!! and not too bad lah, my scores are still around the same -- 95,133,135.. haha cant really remember... but it was very nice to have time to go bowling again. Still got one more living with maths paper to go!

daryl's brother got girlfren already... heh.. and i think she's quite pretty. Very courteous and smiley girl bah. Sama age as mi... hehe but i didn't get to talk to her yet lah. too paiseh. haha... But it feels quite shuang to have someone else not in daryl's family to join them in their family outings now. Cos only mi then i will feel abit too paiseh in a sense... But then the feeling is also abit different... i also don't know how to say. Maybe cos i feel that sometimes i may be a little not too polite when compared to her because im usually very shy to say thanks to his parents for paying for the games etc. And i hardly talk to them too...

actually so far, all my papers have been very bad. i really going to dread the day when the results are released, cos i know that i will sure do very badly, and i cannot even gaurentee myself that i will have a A- in anything because all the papers were difficult to mi. The feeling is different from last sem, when i still can feel some As that may appear on my result slip. This time, its totally different... sighs. I did work hard lor.... :(

american idol

only left two papers! cant really focus now.. haha! Oh man... yesterday's american idol was so shocking, thought scott will definitely be out already since simon say him until like that. And i think he is really quite bad, but he got into the top 3 group! I couldnt believe it lor, they must have made a mistake. And its quite a waste for constantine to be out, but i dun really like him so its ok... hehe.. i support the two girls!! But then i think vonzell also not much hope. But hopefully she can stay till top3 left. hopefully la....

better get back to study.. :P

in the middle of exams

two papers have passed!! but then i din do well for them, my physics paper was very bad!! But i'm happy that ctw is oveR... yippPeee...=)

yeah... i found all my primary school mates in friendster from a friend! So happy because i get to know how they are now, after losing contact for about 8years! So interesting to know where they are now and how they are doing. N im amazed at the photos of huimin and weiming! haha... they look so couplish~~ And some of my primary school friends know friends i know from my junior college, the world is just so tiny...

still got 4 more papers to go... i miss swimming terribly. Havent jumped into the pool for more than maybe 2 mths. i wanna swim, slack and playyYY...... im waiting...

my birthday is over

yah my birthday is over, and it has been quite a while since i last blogged. my birthday was pretty fine, and i wanna thank my dear meis and friends for celebrating it for me without fail. So sweet of them, tho its already exam time. And the presents too! I loved them... got new bags, accessories, clothes etc =) hehe... choon studying in australia also sent presents to mi thru mail! how sweet. N not to forget my dearie who bought mi a nice new wallet, same brand as b4 (pierre cardin). hehe... actually it was my request for it, how thick skinned. =P

just 4 more days, then i'll be sitting for my first paper. I'm not well prepared, and i realli am trying my best to catch up. But somehow, i just feel stressed up and cannot really study to the max that i can everyday. i already never think of all those smarties in nus mugging everyday and nite, im just stressed by the fact that i'm slow, and incompetent. But im really too tired to think too much already. i will just do all that i can, and that's it. realli hope that this time the results wont be worse than last time........ hard to say

I dislike my physics tutor, he always doesnt reply my mails, only reply to some of them. Sigh.. think he is lazy. Whereas my statics tutor is still the best.. =) whenever i think of him i will smile. if only he can be my tutor for the rest of the modules that i will take.. *dreams* he is great, damn great~

pizzaHeart

i love pizza... hee... simply love it manz, everytime my dad says he wan to order pizza... i'll always be very happy. I just tried this pizza which has 2 in 1 flavours. One side is hawaiian, the other is curry chicken. Yummy! Love the garlic bread too.

Went to kelly services to find a part time job for the upcoming holidays.. quite excited, because i miss working and meeting new kind of pple... my first experience working in hsbc was great, exposed mi to lots of new things, and i realised that there are many different kind of pple around, bad ones especially... ppl backstabbing each other also lor. Actually i think i miss money flowing into my bank account more. haha... And this hol i promise myself that i won't spend too much money like last time already. Must try to save up!

Going to start studying for exams soon... Quite scared about everything but at the same time, i know i got to go thru it, and i really hope that god will help me through this tough exams period and allow mi to not be too stressed... recently just went to see a doctor because i felt sick, then the doc said i was too stressed! But i didnt really feel THAT much stress... or maybe i did... well then i was given this medicine which made mi so dizzy that i fell to sleep as soon as i took it and the next day i felt alright again.

why blogging about friends? there are some friends whom you can trust and some friends whose friendship are definitely not worth keeping... I admit, that there are friends whom i have quarrelled with, and then we are friends again.. the "scar of that quarrel" (?? haha) may still be there, but as long as you are able to forgive and forget, the friendship will continue, and you will learn to treasure the friendship even more. One should never pretend to "forgive and forget" and then start to say bad things about the person behind his/her back. its just not right, i mean... do you want someone to complain about you without u knowing it?

haizz... why is friendship ever so complicated? Is that the reason why relationships are even more complicated? Why cant everything be more simple..?

nowadays my parents are more weight conscious.. they kept walking on the treadmill! haha.... maybe cos its the weekends now then they are free to do these kind of things. But i'm very happy that they are making an effort to keep themselves a little healthier... (like mi!) hehe....

Yesterday i met an old friend from OBS, he was with his gf... he was a very nice guy, and i remmber him as a good pal while i was in obs, but then never keep in touch liao. Then i was like standing next to them, and i din know until he called mi... But it was quite weird, cos i dunno wat to say to him, plus he wit gf then even more awkward. so i just stoned for about 7 mrt stops?? haha...

I realli cant wait for school to end again.. actually its ard one more month plus then everything is over alreadi. But there are so many obstacles before i can be free. Really dread the oral defence coming up for ctw. haizz... and all the exams and tests... and of cos the results..(even worse).

life sucks

yah... kinda stressed and upset with my life. over school work, tests... alot of things been making mi sadder and sadder with myself. i feel stupid, useless n idiotic in nus.. shouldnt have chosen it in the first place, its not suitable for mi. definitely not. im not happy with my results, im not happy with the whole of nus. i can say that this is the worst part of my study life so far. and i really hate it to the max, to the core, watever. nus make mi hate studying, make me demoralized as a human being. my life has NO meaning in nus.. everyday i just study, worry for results, study hard but still the results are like a pile of shit. i realli feel like quitting.

its already march!

hmm... how time flies... all my mid terms are finally over. Goodness... luckily man... if not i will surely die. All the tests have been so hard, maths was terrible too. Hope that my score wouldnt be as bad as physics.

Just woke up from a terrible dream... dreamt that i was all alone and sparks of fire just started ard mi, and then the whole building which i was in was being burnt down... i already escaped but no matter where i run, fire kept starting to burn around me. Maybe is those recent bush fires that made me dreamt of that. Scary leh.... thought it was so real... when i woke up i was so relieved.....

yeah... my parents bot mi a new treadmill!! next time dun need to go downstairs to run anymore=) hehe.... its coming tonite.. very excited!

Just want to complain that life is so unfair... have been rather down these few days, cause of the stupid physics test... to say the truth, i really studied for it, though i did not study THAT hard, but i feel that i've done enough and spent sufficient time to understand everything.... in the end, i only got 5/15. Such lousy marks.... think there is a mistake in my shading of answers also, cos i m supposed to got 6 instead. i got at least 3 careless mistakes, and for the effort that i've put in for the test, think i should deserve a decent 8 or 9 like the rest... why did i get so low? haiz... realli saddening as it is my fav subject somemore... and its realli demoralising... like im so stupid. =(

some thoughts

its been a while since i last blogged... valentine's day has come and gone, though i didn't celebrate it on the actual day with mi dear, i had a happy sunday watching constantine with him, and not forgetting munching on the delicious stuff crust pizza at ps. :) mi generous dear bot mi a real nice espirit watch, it has sort of pink crystals inside it? hehe... it suddenly dawned upon mi that i'm such a lucky girl who has someone to love me, though i will occasionally feel that he doesnt realli put in alot of effort to really care abt mi feelings. think i'm a bit too sensitive on my part... and maybe i'm the one who takes him for granted sometimes. watever it is... i'm happy to have someone who doesn't give up on mi because i always throw tantrums and crying at small things.. hah...

im the sort of person who likes to bring up things from the past... haha... i remember when i first saw daryl, the cannot make it to 21, 16-yr old little boy, i nv thought that he wud be mi dear... the very first time i went out with him alone, i realised that he so gentle n so kind.... and now... hahaha. why m i talking about him? heh... nothing better to do and taking a break from studying physics now. my one week hol break has come... but then i feel abit stressed out, cause i have a physics test this coming sat, and i know nothing much... and it covers 10 chaps from the physics text... a few hundred pages, not forgetting hw and stupid ctw too~

yeah.... finally can collect hong bao once agaiN! haha.... no la, happy cause its holiday and can slack abit... but not so.. next week i've got 3 tests, And 1 critique assignment to hand in leh... very sian lor. This friday i also have physics lab from 9 to 12 am!! i wan to complain ah!! =(

yeah!! today went bowling again... my average today is about 120 like tt!! haha... so shuang. Actually today's game was very interesting, cause we played this "forty frames" game, where each frame, there'll be different bonuses or bad stuff... eg. the 9pin thingy where 9 pins down is counted as a strike, super sour grapes where 5 points will be deducted for any pins left on ur first throw, mulligen where u can choose whether you want to rethrow ur first throw... makes things more interesting! =)

CNY is coming... but i think i'm very busy. Got assignments to hand in after new yr, and many many tests coming up!! alot of things, very little time to enjoy. Think during new year i will still have to do work. So sian.....

some updates

haizz, my stupid retainers broke... i always never take good care of things. spoil already then come n complain. =( now got to wait for 2 weeks plus b4 i can get a new one, and it will cost me two hundred dollars! arghhh damn it.

these two days i've been very suay... i dropped my poor phone on a carpark ground, those hard hard with a lot of pokies one.... so now my phone has holes here and there. small but not beautiful anymore. so careless rite...

i bought a new pair of shoes for CNY! haha... i'm so happy cause its a pair of tennis shoes, though i dun play well but then i love the design, plus its the same design as daryl's. hehe... and can wear it to go out also. Should have chosen running shoes instead, but i couldnt find any nice designs so in the end bot the tennis one... its white and baby blue in colour. A little too sweetie pie for me, but daryl says the colour is nice. Don't know why i dun go for sweet looking clothes or accessories anymore.. haha.... old liao.

hehehe... this blogskin is much greener... n more peaceful i guess. Time to change the colour cos getting quite sick of purple, haha.. not that i dun like purple lah.

haizz... work is piling already, next week tutorial starts. Sucks man... today i just had my first lesson of critical thinking and writing, luckily my teacher doesnt call names and pick people from the class to answer questions, anyone can just say out answers. And of course i'll be my usual self, sitting quietly in class trying to be invisible. i know i've got to learn to speak up and be braver, but it is just not my character to be able to do that... sigh, hate that module.

but im lucky though, cos i got meiqing to accompany me for all the tutorials, so i think im very blessed already....

school days

it has been one week since school reopened... but it felt like holiday for me still cause i still go bowling and play tennis and slack around before and after school. did i mention before that i've my own bowling ball n shoe already? hehe... i koped frm daryl's house n then we went to drill holes to fit my own finger... cool huh... though i'm still a lousy beginner. hehe.. but quite happy today cause i managed to spare a few that has corner pins left. heh... =) Yup, i'm going to try my best to become a better player, must make good use of the ball!

i also went to visit my cousin over this weekend... she had met with an accident, and she's only primary four. Haizz... very sad and heart pain when i look at her, cos its quite a bad accident and she has cuts and wounds all over her face n eyes and neck... sigh. poor thing...

wild wild wet

yeah... last week of my holiday, i've finally visited all the important places that i always wanted to go. Actually wild wild wet is quite small... very fast can finish all the rides there. I liked the one which has a steep slope and the ularlah ride. hehe.. mi and meiqing screamed very loud the first time we took the most exciting ride... so fuN!! haha... but it was really quite scary because the speed was quite high... And the water playground is not bad also. There is this big Yakult bottle which pours water and alot of ppl will gather below it to get the water... and there is this wave pool, called tsunami. Like sea like that lor... but the name like quite bad, cos of the tsunami disaster... Oh, and one sad news when we got there: there were alot of army guys around.. yuck, make the queues longer and they were really rowdy and irritating. Even saw one of our jc guy fren there, but he didnt see us.

Oh ya, one thing i want to complain about... is that the KFC at www suxx!!! They sell 2 zinger burgers then ran out of it. so lousy lor.... how can kfc dun have zinger burger one. And a fly flew into my nose after we finished our meal. Wah damn suay... i blew it out then it died on the tissue paper. So disgusting.

Left 2 more days onli.. then have to go back to school liao. Really cant bear to part with the holidays. realli realli.... haizzzzz

snowcity!

Went to snow city yesterday, actually thought that its quite big, but then there was only one big slide and a small playground for kids to play. But anyway it was very fun cos the slide was really cool... (and cold as well). The speed at which i slided down was really fast, then i fell off the float thingy twice and slide down using my butt. haha...The temperature inside was about -5 degree celcius, super cold and freezing. I could not even control my hands properly because they were very numb. Quite a good experience =)

ahh... i bought another bag again. Mel read this sure scold mi one... its the forth bag?? that i bought in this holiday already... haizzz... cannot help it la.. cos the bag looks real nice.. or should i say, i'm attracted to branded goods. Hai, cannot la, getting too materialistic liao. I kiv jj's vcd for so long liao.. should buy that first before anything else, in the end still buy other things... sigh....

my second fishing trip

The other time i went to catch prawns, this time is really fishing! haha... spent almost 7 hours staring at the bob to go down (means there's fish biting), and finally there was some pull. But unluckily, daryl was not around with me at that time cause he went to buy more little prawns. Did i manage to hook that stupid fish which came at the wrong time up? haha.. yes i did! at first i shouted for help, but no one heard mi... then i just anyhow jerk the rod and reel the line in. And yup!! i got it! haha.... was really amazed that i was lucky. But actually not lucky also... cos we spent a whole day there n caught very little fish.

merry belated christmas to all

Christmas is over, so fast! still got around 2 more weeks then school's gonna reopen liao. so must enjoy myself to the fullest. Well i sorta did, cos a few days ago i went out with mel for a really big shopping spreeeee. Both of us spent more than a hundred bucks in a day, and my savings during last school semester is almost gone just like that! Cos that day there was sale at ebase and mango... and i finally bot myself a proper denim skirt which i like alot. Going to buy more skirts in future cos i have alot of pants and hardly wear skirts. Must be more girly.. haha..

results are out already. Not realli "announcing" my results here but i wan to talk about it lor. Quite saddening la.. i got A- for physics and electrical engine, B+ for maths n programming.. and then my contempt phys (GEM) got C+!!! argh... if not for my gem... my cap could have been higher. Didnt expect to get so low.. in fact i tot it would be one of my better subjects lor. Maybe everyone did very well for it, tat's why my results are not good enough to match up with them. Then Prog is quite surprising... tot i would get lowest for it but it turned out quite okay. Nvm la, kan kai abit liao, just study hard for the next sem...

i've got a new diy bear! It comes with a birthcert too but i haven't thought of any name for it yet. Its abit yellowish-white in colour, looks very cute lor (its a girl btw). hehe...

went all over singapore to find clay's christmas album, still cannot find! so fast everywhere is sold out. Wanted to get it for xuan for christmas present cause she wanted it very much. feel so shi bai that i waited too long to buy it. been spending quite alot on christmas stuff as well... tho im not a christian but i treat it a day to exchange presents n play!!

trying to read the comic "bowling king" these few days. i usually dun touch comics but now i think comics are actualli quite fun to look at. The pictures sometimes quite funny.. =) Learning how to play tennis bit by bit, still quite lousy at it becos my ball always fly out of the court or cannot reach the net, but i m trying very hard!! hehe...

im back!

yeah! genting was fun, ate lots of nice food, play arcade n go shopping! And of cos the nice weather n lovely daryl. haha... great company, short but enjoyable holiday... oh ya... and i went bowling as well, broke my highest record of 133, got 142!the balls there are realli yucky, got holes n dirty. and the shoes also quite lan. But, i suit that kind of bowling "environment"! hahaha... normally play at rtc, the balls too nice cannot roll well. haha.. crap. Met my aunties in malaysia too, and one of my boy cousin blew into a balloon i cant recognise him liao...so sad, not handsome liao, last time i like to look at his cute face one... :P

finally made myself a puzzle before my trip. Me and daryl pia the whole nite never slp to finish the 950 piece puzzle. got 5 pairs of couple from the fairy tale dancing one! tiring but damn fun. think puzzle is a nice but expensive hobby.

so happy!! finally got my new handphone... hmm... dun think its an excellent phone, but i liked it anyway... its the samsumg e600c. hehe.... ok la... at last can take photos with handphone. bought it at 48 dollars after trading in my phone n upgrading line. quite a good deal la.. =)

bowling records: still as lousy as ever... "hanging around" scores of 80 - 100, ocaasionally hitting 110+ only. heh... recently fell in love with taufik's "i dream" song... its very very nice... his voice is definitely stronger than slyvester, but then slyvester cuter. haha...

going for a mini trip to genting tomr.. haha, guess most of the time i will travelling lor. But at least can breathe in some different air from somewhere else.. haha... what m i talking? been slacking around for the whole holiday (that's what holidays are for!). ahh... next sem got critical thinking n writing... how... die liao la.. sure do as lousily as gp.

weight loss unsuccessful....

haizz.... wanted to use a week to exercise like hell n lose afew kilo one... And guess what? its not like i never exercise lor. i went swimming for 4 consecutive days with lots of walking (from causeway pt back home n from home to yio chu kang swimming pool leh). also, i've been trying to eat quite little. And still... my numbers are stagnant.... what the #*&%^&*@ ! not fair!!!! sighs... but i already tried my best... =( give up liao la.

yeah..u mite be wondering... home to yck!! haha... mi n my dad took 2 hrs n 20 mins to walk ! Not bad huh... Like father like daughter la. haha... it was quite hot somemore.

holidays....

daryl is in japan now.. but he just called me from there!! i was so happy, and didnt know wat to say...then so fast put down the phone liao. ahhh he call liao then i miss him even more... sobsob....

tOday my legs almost broke.. hahaha as in, i think i tired it to the max... i went swimming then i went to shop the whole afternoon! Keeping myself busy so i won't think so much. But too bad i didnt buy any clothes for miself. Either too expensive, or dunno whether its worth.. and dun realli feel like spending money.

Bought little jackjack from macdonales happy meal... he is sooooo cute, can vibrate one.

yeaH!!! freedom for a month!!

yeaH!! my long awaited holidays are finally here!!! Went to catch the incredibles... incredibly good!! hehe... I love the little boy in the show... cant rem his name... (violet's brother, the one who can run very very fast...). And i especially loved the last part when he took part in the race and got second... so funny! Got standard cartoon, just like Finding Nemo!

haha... went bowling today too, finally got a score of 123... not high la but i quite satisfied liao! (given my standards) Wonder when i will start to be consistent? haha... my scores always go up n down. Had dinner with daryl's family at turf city. Yumyum!! Loved the seafood... Tmr he gg re ben liao... gg to miss him for a week. buT then nvm, after that can go genting with him!! yeahyeah.

And time to get rid of the extra fats that i've put around my body. yuck... so fat! Everyday just sit n study mah, never move at all. So its time to work it out! Sorta planned to go swimming everyday, but i know i will sure tou lan, and i love food... try mi best... And i wanna buy lots of nice clothes, new bag... and new hp... dunno when my parents will buy for mi but soon la. hehehe... Time to catch up with frens also. Uni life really hectic~ wish this holiday will never end!!!

Left daryl's house for exam 40 mins before exam start.... but there was a jam all the way to school. By the time we reached school, it was 10 mins before exam already. We drove to mpsh's carpark and saw a queue of cars waiting to get out of the carpark becos the carpark was full. There was no parking space left... At that time i tot... die liao la, go into the carpark sure take years to come out because there was a whole stream of cars waiting to come out of the carpark becos alot of cars were outside. Then if park at kent vale or wherever else... still need to run back to mpsh! I really very scared liao... then suddenly we saw one space left! If we were a minute fast to reach mpsh, we would have been in the queue to get out of mpsh carpark, and if we were a bit slower, the place would be taken by a car in front of us... felt so damn lucky....

only left last paper on monday... then can watch the incredibles liao! Must b a nice show since its frm the creators of Finding Nemo.. yeah.. really can't wait!

5 more days to go!

just 5 more days to freedom! So fast, yet so slow....almost all the papers killed me so far. everthing so hard, just put in my best effort liao la. i really look forward to hols, then i can go n swim everyday. Been stagnant for weeks... cannot help it lah.

Quite scary.. dunno how i will do for this sem also. first sem, first exam in nus, really quite stressful. University life is definitely the worst so far.. and i think as u grow older, things are only going to get more complicated and life more stressful bah. Until maybe xiang qing fu le then say. haha... but meanwhile as a student, still can look forward to hols to slack, not too bad la.

yah, a few more days, and the "war" is starting.... been studying everyday lah, but dont know whether it will help or not, because i feel stupider the more i study. Not careless means dont know how to do. Really feel quite lousy sometimes. See how this sem's results go, if really lousy, then next sem i must really be hardworking liao. But i've been doing tutorials what.. where got not hardworking enough? Uni life really quite hard to adapt.... cos not even half a year then have one big exam liao. I feel like im going thru another round of A levels (or shld i say A+ level), last time got 2 yrs to study, now only afew months? ahh cannot take it liao... i wan holidays!!! i want to go shopping and play...

yeah!! celebrated yanjun's birthday today at fish n co at bugis. Haha, as usual, i was the first one to gobble up all my food.. ate so fast cause it was so yummy! simply love the fish and chips there..and the service was so good cause when we took out the cake, the waitress automatically brought us plates n fork, unlike in swensen's where they didnt allow us to put the cakes into our mouth. Swensen's service quality is deproving manzz... and thanks yanjun... for the mehmeh hp chain, it was so nice to receive that cos i wanted to buy it for myself for very long already but bu she de. And we xin you ling xi... :) i bot one for ur bday n u bot me one just for fun! hehe....

haiz... sometimes i feel abit unhappy with my life, as in my actions that have caused wat's happening now. i dont feel happy in nus... though i know that this is a phase of life that i've to go thru, but i don't like my lifestyle now. Lack of exercise, lack of time for some of my friends. and i can sad n irritated easily, feel so disgusted with myself... feel that i need a break, a break frm sch... and have sometime for myself.. to really think about what i really want... hmm... i also think u ppl reading this dunno wat im trying to say, i guess its just my moodswing n a bit of lost feeling. ahhhh...

Exams are just around the corner... in a month plus's time i think the semester should be over liao. so fast! woooh.... programming lab sucks man. Spent hours looking at it and nothing came out of my head n when i looked at the solution, i dunno wat it was trying to do also! arghh... stupid programming. Also having difficulties with physics as well, used to be my fav subject but then now like so damn hard, can die.... (mr har!! need ya help! -- mr har was mi bestest phy teacher in vj... =p)

finally found an entertainment everyday for myself... the 9pm channel 8 show! ren wo au you.. got lots of pretty girls n toro.. i think he is quite cute, n so sweet to fiona. Hmm... at least got something to help me destress every nite. my fav girl is still ou xuan...

fishy is dead...

My house's luohan fish died today. Dunno what happened to it, it just laid at the corner of the tank, motionless... I think my dad is upset abt it, just don't dare to show it... He measured its size (35cm long). Think he has feelings for it cause he reared it for very long already. Poor dad, poor fish.

This somehow reminds me of something jingjing said. Jingjing is the girl character from holland village.... that when you gain something, you lose something. You cannot always gain. I feel that life sometimes can be seen as unfair, but if you measure everything that you have in life, and compare it with others, it will most probably be equal... Some people may be smart and good looking and rich etc, and we see them as really xin fu pple, but maybe they have something bad in their life that we do not see? Somehow i think god is fair to all of us... haha.. agreed?

Can't wait for exams to be over and holiday to come, my parents promise to bring me and daryl to genting, can't wait to enjoy the cold cold air and drink coffee, yumyum. N i can't wait to try and enter the casino for the sake of entering b4 21 yrs old! haha... so wu liao right, but then i tried once b4, nearly got in but kena stopped. N i also cant wait to play the rides at the theme park too. Love amusement parks... the one in singapore, i went there so many times i dun even want to look at it already. hehe...haven't visited Wild Wild Wet though... still waiting for ppl to jio me. heee...

NEW POLICE STORY!!!

Watched 2 movies over the weekend... hehe... New police story was really great, after watching it, i felt that every single cent was worth it for the movie! Its really a must watch, funny, action and touching movie. Every part of it is clearly explained and the story is really well written! hee.... im really very crazy over it lor, for those people who havent watch it, go watch it man, no regrets. really. The other movie i watched was "the exorcist"... ok lah, scary to a certain extent, ok with it...

no more guitar?

i've decided to quit guitar already, cause really not much time to practise, and every sat i got to rush back from school for it, if not, i cannot go out on saturdays also. Plus, every month have to ask my mum money to pay for the lessons, i really sian liao.... although i do enjoy guitar lessons and think that it is very wasteful to just quit like that. Really leave me no choice cause i'd rather a free saturday so that i can spend more time with daryl, or when i need to go out with friends... =) (honoured bah dear?)

no more new handphone as well.... cause the uncle whom my dad thought would sign contract fot nothing apparently used it to buy himself a new hp liao. so sad.... but miracle... after i dropped my hp the other day, it 'woke up' and now can work already! just hope that it wun wu duan duan spoil again lor...

mid term tests finally over

Finally can relax abit... The tests are over already, but i didnt do well for most of them lah. Scored the lowest among all my closest friends for every test... haha, but i kan kai liao cause i really think i did try my best, other than the careless part. Dunno why i'm always so careless, can't help it!

Watched Resident Evil over the weekend, not my type of movie for sure, but it was not bad lah, though i watch until abit blur... partly cause i didnt watch part 1. i want to watch the new show by kirsten dunst also, can't remember the title...

Most probably going to get a new hp soon, but still not confirmed yet. Cause my hp spoil liao, use handset cannot hear anything at all, and i was thick skinned enough to request frm my parents for a new one.. haha.... thinking of getting the samsung E600C, but don't know whether it is that good? Cause its small n beautiful.. so i like it.

mooncake festival

Hmmm... Ate lots of mooncake this month! VEry yummy... esp those from daryl's daddy. Oh, and i'm especially crazy about the durian flavoured ones! haha... got the real durian flesh inside the mooncake..(drooling liaoz?).

3 tests over already, still got 2 more to go before this season of tests ends. But it doesn't really make a difference whether there are tests or not because work keeps piling non-stop, everyday there'll surely be new things to do. Having a super hectic and tiring week! Been sleeping for less than 6 hours or so a day and knocking out during train rides, and have been spending hours stuck on certain tutorials and not getting answers in the end, until i seeked for help from friends. Quite demoralising lah but then what to do? My only consolations are helpful friends and classmates... and daryl has been keeping me company all these while so i'm not too stressed lah.
Made some good friends from class, quite amazingly... Wenlee is the girl who sits with me during class everytime, like got partner like that.. and work with me for every lab lesson so i'm not that alone.. Zhikang is my currently closest friend around cause he has been helping me out with work and he's a nice guy~ (my cap depends on u leh)<--- this phrase is quoted from another classmate of mine who also likes to 'depend' on zhikang. haha....

ant attack

Next week is my mid-term break already... how time flies. But then again, it's not totally a term break, cause still have to go back to school for 3 days for tests, and then after the break there will be two more tests... Wah, really abit no life. Gonna catch up with sleep this holiday as well... Been neglecting my guitar for quite some time, feel like giving it up already cause i always have to find time to practise, not that i've no time at all...Just plain lazy. But then again if i quit then its really ban tu er fei... So i guess i'll just have to dig out time each week to practise.

Oh ya, that day there was this ant crawling in my laptop screen. And i wasn't able to remove it cause it was inside the screen, happily(or was it burning?) finding its way in the screen. Maybe my wires too sweet already, ant also want to eat... What if one day i find alot of ants crawling inside? i will be horrified.... haha... hope tt day never comes, my room is not that dirty lah.

avacondas and the hunt for blood orchid

i went for a midnight movie with daryl yesterday... my first time that i can go out so late at night! hee... it was a very nice show(avacondas and the hunt for blood orchid), i watch until very kan jiong for the people. Hee... Quite exciting lah.

How is my new blog skin? hehe... i simply like the colour tt's why i chose it... or is the original one simpler and nicer? =P i dunno how to centralise the blog also, so if anyone knows can teach me?

wireless connection!!!

say goodbye to quarreling over the stupid internet with my brother! hahaha.... finally. my wireless connection is set up and now i can use it on my laptop! And that means, i can use it on the bed, outside my room, in the toilet!!! hahahaa.... yeah, you can hear that im overjoyed right... cos when u dun have it, and u wanted it so badly for so long, now that you have it, of course will go siao lah.

It has been about 4 weeks of school already, sort of getting used to the system (but i still dislike it). To some of my friends who have been neglected by me... sigh, im so sorry, i got so many things to do everyday, work keeps coming and arghh i think i'm growing fatter because i havent been as active as i've been before anymore.
